PRAXINGO (hereinafter: “Service Provider”, “we”) operates the praxingo.comwebsite (hereinafter: “Website”). This policy provides information about the types, purposes, legal bases, and management of cookies used on the Website, in accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and Council (ePrivacy Directive), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and the Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 (Information Act).
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that the Website places on your device (computer, phone, tablet) through your browser. Cookies allow the Website to recognize your browser, remember your settings, and improve the user experience. Cookies alone are not capable of identifying a user personally.

2.2. Analytical (Statistical) Cookies
These cookies collect anonymous, aggregated information about how visitors use the Website (e.g., which pages they visit, how much time they spend on the site). The data is used exclusively for improving the Website and enhancing the user experience. Analytical cookies are only activated with your prior, voluntary consent.

2.3. Marketing Cookies
The Website uses the OpenAI Measurement Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising in ChatGPT. This technology measures whether a visitor who clicked one of our ads then performs a defined action on the Website (for example viewing a page or proceeding to the registration page). Marketing cookies are only activated with your prior, voluntary consent: without consent neither the OpenAI Measurement Pixel nor the Google tags are loaded at all, and no data is transmitted.
The Website additionally uses the Google Ads conversion tag to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

3. Third-Party Cookies
Analytical services are provided by PostHog, whose servers operate within the European Union. PostHog's privacy policy is available at: posthog.com/privacy.
Advertising conversion measurement is provided by OpenAI, whose servers operate outside the European Union, in the United States. OpenAI's privacy policy is available at: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy. Data collected by the OpenAI Measurement Pixel is therefore transferred outside the EU/EEA.
Our advertising campaigns are also measured with Google(Google Ads and Google Analytics), whose servers likewise operate outside the European Union, in the United States. Google's privacy policy is available at: policies.google.com/privacy. The Service Provider does not load marketing cookies without your consent.
4. Managing and Deleting Cookies
You can modify or withdraw your consent at any time:

5. Data Transfer and Security
Data collected by analytical and strictly necessary cookies is processed and stored within the European Union. Data collected by the marketing cookies described in section 2.3 is transferred outside the EU/EEA, as set out in section 3. We use HTTPS encrypted connections and state-of-the-art security measures to protect data.
